Payment options and policy

You can pay for your items from Fiji in 3 ways when placing an order:

Debit / Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
PayPal
Bank Deposit/Transfer

PayPal
We use PayPal to process all our payments, whether you want to use Credit Card or your PayPal account.

We chose PayPal because it is a fast, safe way to make online payments, and is the industry standard.

Bank Deposit
If you are based in Fiji and want to pay in FJD, you can select ‘Bank Deposit’ as a payment option to place your order. We will email your order confirmation and our bank details to you. As soon as we have received your bank deposit, your items will be dispatched. Easy and quick, no need for a Credit card or PayPal account.

SSL and Credit Card security
We use SSL to ensure that all of our payment information is submitted securely. SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, and is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser.

At Exceed Technology we take security seriously – using SSL ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private.

As we use the secure PayPal gateway to process all payments, we do not store your credit card details on our database. This ensures that your credit card details are secure.

PayPal Merchant Information
Our Merchant name will show up as ‘Tavrez Ahemad’.

This is the name of the parent company, on your credit card statement you’ll see ‘PAYPAL *Exceed Technology’. We know this may look a bit strange at first – Please be assured that ‘Tavrez Ahemad’ is the PayPal Merchant name used for Exceed Technology payment transactions.

Payment confirmation
Once you have made payment using PayPal, you will receive two emails confirming your order.

One email will be from exceed [at] exceedtechnology (dot) com (dot) au, with your order confirmation number. This is a summary of your online purchase, together with links to ‘My Account’ in the Exceed Technology website, where you can check the status of your order. To make sure that our emails don’t end up in your ‘Junk’ folder, please add exceedsales [at] Exceed Technology (dot) com (dot) au to your Safe Senders List.

The second email will be from PayPal, confirming your purchase, with the email heading ‘Your payment to Tavrez Ahemad’
